Seeing clients through the Psychology Today Telehealth portal allows me to assist clients throughout NC. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, anger issues, PTSD and Asperger's disorder. I work with couples to improve their communications & the overall quality of their relationships. I assist couples whose relationships have suffered from infidelity. I also help families deal with the challenges of divorce, step family formation, and parent/teenager conflicts. I have experienced divorce, remarriage, and step family issues, thus I understand the emotional impact of these life changes.
I have been an arbitrator and a mediator since 1994 and these skills come in very handy when helping families, divorced couples, and step families find resolution to their conflicts.I can use either an individual or relational perspective and so I assist individuals struggling alone as well as struggling families and stepfamilies.
I work with ages 13 and up. I am a Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health, Medcost, Aetna, and TriCare provider. For those clients who have different insurance, no insurance, or who choose not to use their insurance, the charge is $80 per visit. I would be happy to speak with you about how I might be able to help with your situation.
