Bringing deep awareness, compassion and commitment to those with whom I work, my approach to therapy is creative and collaborative. I draw on ancient wisdom and modern practices to bring lasting transformation to people's lives. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings alternative modalities into the therapy when needed.
My book, You Are Not Crazy: Letters From Your Therapist aims to give a sense of my approach to the work of therapy and how the process might bring health and healing to people's lives.
