You may be feeling sad, angry, or worried much of the time. You may be ashamed or disappointed with yourself. You may be struggling with your life, with a relationship, work, or school. Maybe someone has hurt you. Maybe you feel stuck or trapped in a situation that is too much for you. Maybe you want to get a handle on how you think, feel, and behave, and make meaningful, substantial changes in your life.
Central to my work is compassion for how we all experience the challenges of life, and respect for how we find ways to heal and grow. I draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches -- with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) -- to help you improve your relationship with yourself and heal the parts of you that are in pain.
I have particular expertise with adult ADHD, as well as depression, anxiety, relational issues, behavioral issues, attachment, and trauma. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist; I also have considerable experience with Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) couple's therapy and the clinical applications of Polyvagal Theory.
