I have been practicing as a therapist in the Asheville area since 2010 and have been an Addictions Specialist for the past six years. I believe in using evidence based approaches in my work, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I incorporate Internal Family Systems theory into trauma work.
