About
The longest path a person will take is the eighteen inches from their head to their heart. I am sure many can relate. It is not a journey that is for the feint of heart. Usually one does not choose it but we are chosen. I have been on this path for most of my life. I would love to help you on your journey, as your coach, spiritual guide and counselor.
On the practical side, I specialize in helping people find their heart in their career, relationships and deeper meaning in life. I enjoy assisting with career skills and counseling as well as life transitions and building relationships with ourselves and those around us. It all starts with mindfulness.
Our ego can show up in many different forms. Sometimes it can be very blatant like intense anxiety or very subtle like uneasiness at your job or in a relationship. We cannot rid ourselves of our ego but we can learn how to make peace with it and the world we live in.
