My name is David, and I am committed to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. If you find yourself struggling with a harsh inner critic, battling depression and anxiety, or feeling disconnected due to relational trauma or addiction, I am here to help. With a background in yoga, mindfulness, and peer recovery coaching since 2015, I have dedicated my career to holistic wellness. In 2020, I became a licensed psychotherapist, integrating my personal healing experiences with professional training to guide others toward a sense of meaning, purpose, and wholeness.
I have worked across various levels of care, including detoxification, rehabilitation, acute psychiatric settings, and outpatient services. Currently, I run a private practice as well as Mental Health IOP in both West Chester and Broomall, specializing in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic approaches.
I am committed to understanding the systemic influences that shape my clients' lives and continually work to stay informed on these factors. Compassion, service, and authentic human connection form the foundation of my practice.
