I have found that increasing one's self awareness and self acceptance are the building blocks of any change process, and I will work with you to honor your process while identifying your preferred direction for positive change.
From my broad experience I will work with you to develop an individually tailored approach that will facilitate the change and healing you desire. This might include various mindfulness practices, emotion and body awareness, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral work, or various other approaches.
I specialize in working on issues such as anxiety, relationship problems, men's issues, depression, anger problems, school/work issues, sexual difficulties, substance abuse, grief and loss, spiritual challenges, and life transitions. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples.
