My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I show up fully, with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. I believe love, wholeness, and authentic connection are already inside you. Sometimes, developmental and relational wounds create protective barriers that disconnect us from these truths. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, but about gently uncovering the life that is already seeking expression. Together, we work with both cognitive insight and somatic awareness, noticing how the mind and body have adapted in protective ways. From this place of awareness, you can reclaim lost parts of your true self.

I integrate relational, existential, and somatic approaches to trauma healing, shame reduction, and authentic living. My work is informed by NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Relational-Cultural Therapy, attachment theory, and somatic psychotherapy principles.

In our work together, we will explore the origins of your shame and relational pain with sensitivity and care. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are tailored to your unique needs, helping you to: Identify Obstacles and Adaptive Survival Behaviors , Heal Emotional Wounds, and Build Healthy Relationships.
