About
Life is difficult at times. We all struggle with confusion, loss, anxiety, health, negative habits, and relational issues. Sometimes painful thoughts and feelings come up, and our usual ability to cope with them ourselves is no longer working. Acknowledging our suffering, making sense of it, and working through is the key to heightened awareness, healing, and personal growth. Spending time with a safe, non-judgmental professional who will carefully listen and guide you during this period in your life is often helpful, and can lead to more life satisfaction and sustainable personal change.
I would like to walk alongside and support you as a trauma therapist, so that you can live your life with fuller clarity, freedom, connection, and purpose. My approaches are varied, and I specialize in working with those seeking healing and positive change after experiencing trauma, moral injury, loss, and/or addiction.
I care deeply, and understand how uncomfortable it is to face your struggles, and how life events may have negatively shaped your beliefs about yourself, others, and the world you live in. Getting support from others, no matter what the issue, is not weakness; it is courageous. Take your first small step, reach out, and let me know how I can help.
