I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings. I provide a solution-focused, flexible and time-limited approach to problem solving in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and private setting.
I consider the therapy relationship (connection, trust and collaboration) to be what is most important. From this foundation, I draw on many coping strategies/approaches (DBT, CBT, IFS, Buddhist Psychology) to help people adapt, grow and thrive. I'm a KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) therapist and provide psychedelic integration and consultation.
