Everyone encounters difficulties in their life and needs a little help. As a professional therapist I want to be that helping person for you. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I specialize in helping people improve their relationships at home, at work and when having fun.
My specialty is in brief therapy, helping you find solutions for whatever problem you may be struggling with.
Much of my career has been spent working with clients with substance abuse issues and in crisis situations. I have worked in locked psychiatric facilities and especially work to help clients achieve balance in their life and avoid the need for hospitalization. No problem need be too large to be overcome.
