I help young people tackle anxiety and uncover practical ways to feel calm, & confident, so they can feel normal, regain control of themselves, their actions, and their mood. Together, we’ll focus on building internal strength, calmness, and lasting confidence so they can move through life with greater ease, knowing they can succeed.
Many people today feel weighed down by pressure, expectations, lack of control, or the fear of not being enough. If anxiety is making life hard, I will help rediscover confidence, power to choose, and the ability to move through life with purpose.
Movement makes therapy less awkward. I get people up and moving while we talk! As an awkward ADHD man, I know how weird it can be to sit down with a stranger and talk about your feelings. In my sessions, I incorporate activities such as boxing, bouncing a ball, or riding exercise bikes to help people open up and release endorphins. Therapy can be fun!
My passion is helping young people find their path and feel worthy of life and goodness. I know what it's like to not fit in and feel like everyone else is doing better. I will build your confidence and help you feel like you're not alone.
