For depression, anxiety, and trauma, I would normally work with you for several sessions with ISTDP and EMDR. We may include other empirical therapies, which we could discuss. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within the first session to the first month of sessions. Many of my cases successfully complete Therapy within 3 to 6 months as I work with more accelerated techniques.
