About
I work with individuals and couples, adults ages 18 -85. I see people daytime and in the evening. I work primarily with mood and anxiety disorders and also have substantial experience working with serious mental illnesses.
I am a clinical psychologist with 40 years of experience working in a broad variety of settings - hospital based, community mental health and private practice. My primary therapy approaches are cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and problem solving.
Our work will involve identifying clearly defined goals and a plan for how we will achieve these goals. I am also aware that as we work toward your goals other things happen in life and there will be times detours are needed and often prove valuable.
