I’m a queer, nonbinary psychologist who’s passionate about helping people slow down to become more attuned to their minds & bodies, find empowerment through identity, and foster a greater sense of self-compassion & be less judge’y of themselves.
I most frequently work with queer and trans folks, whether to focus on identity-related concerns (e.g., coping with discrimination) or to just have a safe place to have their identity affirmed while working on something unrelated. That said, you don’t need to be LGBTQ to see me and I welcome all the various parts of you & your background.
