Successful therapy often requires that we unlearn lesions form the past, make way and reflect on new experiences in the present, and find ways to accept and integrate all the parts of ourselves and our collective consciousness
I believe that just as two eyes are needed for depth perception, so too are two minds needed to see beyond the limits of our mental, emotional, and bodily reactions. Alone, we can become stuck in a perceptual loop arising from our past. My job as a therapist is meet you where you are and walk with you along your journey towards remembering wholeness.
