I have over 28 years experience in many areas including grief & loss, transplant, chronic illness adjustment for you & your family, congenital heart dx, HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ+, relationships, & professional lifestyle management. I use a strengths based, reality-therapy approach that includes elements of CBT, trauma-informed, relational-cultural therapy, and DBT.
