I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds on a variety of mental health concerns including professional burnout, stress, anxiety, grief, family conflict, trauma, anger management, depression, motivation, men’s issues, non-normative communities, and self-esteem. I am a specialist in helping trauma workers, educators, and human service workers.
I take a non-judgmental and inquisitive approach while helping individuals, families, and couples to discover their inner strengths. I provide a neutral safe space, where clients are free to share whatever struggles they are having. Not everyone is the same in the way they approach life’s challenges, which is why I work with you.
