I work with individuals who feel burdened by life’s circumstances and are seeking meaningful change, growth, and personal enrichment. My goal is to help you understand the challenges you’re facing and grow from these experiences.
Before opening my private practice, I worked at the Villa Maria Continuum in Westminster, where I supported children, families, and adults with complex needs. I later accepted a commission in the military, providing psychological services to individuals working in some of the most demanding and high-stress environments.
Through community and military work, I support individuals facing crisis, chronic stress, trauma, and complex systems, including first responders and families navigating schools and special education. I also offer clinical hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, weight loss, phobias, and anxiety. Hypnosis is safe, collaborative, and used only when appropriate.
