I strive to develop a nonjudgmental environment to help you best articulate how you are truly feeling.
I work with adults, couples, and older adolescents I am aware that most of our challenges center around sense of self, relationships with others, peers, a parent or a partner and I welcome the opportunity to work with you in those areas. My practice provides service to individuals and couples who are coping with anxiety, past trauma, depression, relationship issues, grief, loss and life transitions. I have been trained in a variety of Trauma focused techniques, ACT, Couples Therapy, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy to name a few.
