I primarily work with clients who struggle with their emotional and spiritual identity. This includes people working through addictions, abuse, anxiety and depression. I am trained in DBT and EMDR. My hope with counseling is to help empower people to confidently engage the challenges of their lives. I also work with married couples or those who are preparing for marriage.
I am trained in DBT, EMDR and Prepare Enrich training for marriage. I use EFT for couples counseling.
