I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to help you face your fears. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a type of therapy, which utilizes eye movements to desensitize and erase painful memories, as well as negative reactions to present and future events.
