Hello, I'm David. My interest and involvement with counseling and human development have been life-long. I earned a Master's in Counseling from Arizona State University in 2011 and have completed numerous professional training programs, both current and ongoing. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my approach is goal-oriented and practical, tailored to what my clients bring to each session. I utilize various modalities, including biographical work, cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-focused therapies, family/systems therapy, and brief/focused therapy.

My clients are often individuals in pain or distress due to issues in their lives that seem overwhelming to tackle alone. They seek practical solutions to trauma, often stemming from unresolved childhood issues. Some come with relationship concerns, anger, frustration, or even depression.
