I’ve been a psychotherapist for 28 years and continue to appreciate working with adult individuals and couples from all walks of life. I have extensive experience helping my clients engage in better self care, improve coping skills, navigate difficult life transitions, and recover from trauma. I bring my enthusiasm to each session for clients to develop better communication & self-awareness. I focus on helping individuals gain greater self-esteem and assertiveness so that they may lead more satisfying, fulfilling lives.
I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ego-State Therapy, and CBT as strength-based approaches. I find this approach allows clients to feel more comfortable addressing issues and connecting to their ability to change. I enjoy in-person sessions and work equally well via telehealth.
