My hope is that therapy can help loosen and liberate you from the problems affecting your life; that you may experience and start to live into your hopes and dreams.
Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and often use this approach for presenting traumas, anxiety, relationship difficulties and more.
My experience comes from working with children and families in crisis, young adults, families, and couples throughout the lifespan over the course of the last 9 years.
