I help people recover from addiction, heal from trauma, and move beyond the shame that keeps them feeling stuck. With compassionate, trauma-informed support, I provide a safe place to understand the roots of what you’re facing, build lasting change, and assist you in removing obstacles that will make the path forward seem more clear.
I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is one of many therapeutic approaches I use and it is highly effective for treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, distressing memories, phobias, and even for reducing cravings. As a Substance Use Disorder Professional with over a decade of experience, I also specialize in addictions.
I also have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, grief & loss, and relationship issues. Working with people who have a diverse number of identities and backgrounds, I value, honor, and celebrate differences.
