I use an individualistic and person centered-approach focusing on empathy and strength building. I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing in dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, grief, self-esteem, and ADHD.
