I provide a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy grounded in Person-Centered principles while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. I have a special interest in men’s mental health and support clients in developing self-awareness, improving relationships, managing emotions, and creating healthier patterns.
