I support individuals, couples, and families in topic areas such as: communication support, conflict resolution/repair, dating and relationship concerns, sex & intimacy, desire discrepancy, erectile variance, infidelity, gender and sexual identity, and concerns related to pornography use. I work with clients to better manage stress, anxiety, depression, and anger, as well as build emotional expression skills and emotional regulation strategies. My goal is to support clients in improving their relationships with the people that surround them and to develop a healthier relationship with themselves.
I am a collaborative therapist. I view my role as a partner to you, as we develop a more clear understanding of your personal experiences and your worldview, and work to navigate the obstacles and challenges you face. It is important to me to create a safe and welcoming therapy environment, where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.
