I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of therapeutic needs that include mood disorders, anxiety-related disorders, depression, trauma, grief, and OCD. I work with evidence-based treatment practices to support my clients in making meaningful changes throughout their journey. I help my clients by empowering them to engage in self-compassion and self-care while building strength and resilience along the way.
