I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in CT. I am open to working with adults and adolescents. I have over 10 years’ experience working with adults and adolescents, within a variety of settings, including in-home, telehealth, and outpatient clinics, with my focus being on treating co-occurring disorders, substance and alcohol use disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, trauma, grief and loss.
I am clinically trained in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, RBT, MST, MI and MET. My approach is strength based, client focused, and humanistic. I enjoy thinking of creative approaches and utilizing a variety of different skills to help my clients. My goal is to assist the client, you, in developing healthy coping skills, while building a strong therapeutic relationship
