I work with children from 3 years old up to 10 years old. I am a play therapist that uses a child-centered play approach. I specialize in working with neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, etc...) children. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD. In my work with children, I try to include parents as much as possible, with the goal of creating a team approach to addressing any issues a child might face.
Child-centered play therapy is a non-directive, child-first approach to working with children. Using the therapeutic power of play and trusting in the child's ability to self-direct, I view myself as a partner in the healing process.
