I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 5 years of experience providing clinical care to children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, trauma histories, emotional regulation challenges, and strained family relationships. I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Thomas University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and a direct, structured approach. I help clients build emotional control, reduce avoidance, and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, with experience supporting trauma-related stress, anxiety, and family conflict.
