About
As a Christian therapist, I will seek to help you with insight, increased strength and a new outlook in responding to the hurts, addictions and conflicts that you may be experiencing in your life. We will work as a team as you discover new and effective responses to the challenges that you are facing with treatment that will address your specific needs, even if they are changing. Therapy is a partnership filled with challenges, blessings, surprises, and ultimately hope for change as you gain that courage and support needed for improvement to take place.
I work with adolescents through adults, with families, couples and individuals. I use several treatment approaches that work best for the client, given their needs and situations to bring about long-term solutions to the problems facing my clients.
