Seeking help can be a difficult task for many reasons. As a psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I will be capable of determining what type of treatment that you need and if I am able to help you. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, a relationship problem, or substance use concerns please contact me and we can see how I can help you overcome those difficulties. Licensed in Maryland, I also hold an active Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) authorization granted by the PsyPact Commission, in 40 states.
Learning skills to deal with your struggles, relationships or substance use is the goal of treatment. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address the thoughts that tend to drive the uncomfortable emotions, such as anxiety and depression. Becoming less avoidant of the struggles in your life and creating an empowering experience is my goal.
I will help specifically identify what struggles you have and together develop a plan to get you feeling better and in more control of your life.
