We all become (at some point) shackled to a stuck version of ourselves. Being vulnerable enough to choose something other than our perfectly practiced persona can seem ~impossible. Major Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma: I have worked with individuals who suffer from these Dx, as as well as learning and physical disabilities-ADHD, and/or other academic/learning barriers that get in the way of reaching one's goals.
My clinical approach is readily aligned with Collaborative Problem Solving. I also practice variations of CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I subscribe to the notion that life is a spiritual journey, and that each of us, define our own, unique meaning, design, and destination.
