Through the course of my experience, I have come to believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the way in which a collaboration with a thoughtful, compassionate and dedicated therapist can be the catalyst for real change.
I specialize in working with teenagers, adults, couples and families in crisis, especially those experiencing significant interpersonal conflict. I have comprehensive training and experience working with men and women struggling with complicated grief, depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, personality disorders and traumatic childhood experiences.
My style is warm and conversational. I like to create a therapeutic environment in which clients can develop insight into their personal experience and design a more fulfilling and meaningful life. With couples and families, I work from a contextual perspective that values individual psychology, interpersonal dynamics, relational ethics and fairness.
