If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected from things that typically bring you joy, I can help. From time to time, we can all benefit from a space to rest, reconnect with ourselves, and experience growth and healing. I create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment that can allow you to experience more peace of mind, deeper connections and holistic wellness.
I enjoy working with clients who experience anxiety, stress, burn out, attachment issues, grief, and interpersonal, marital and family dynamic issues. Person-centered counseling is the foundation of my approach along with insights from attachment science and Gottman training. I also love to provide wellness tools for life outside of the counseling room.
I understand just how discouraging it can be to feel stuck. Choosing to not go it alone and seek help is a huge first step.
