Together, we explore how early experiences, attachment patterns, and beliefs about vulnerability shape dating, communication, conflict, and rejection, while building skills to communicate clearly and show up differently in intimate relationships.
My approach is relational and mindfulness-informed, integrating psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and ACT. We’ll address the challenges you’re facing now while also getting to the root of where these patterns began. I offer a warm, direct, and nonjudgmental space to help you understand yourself and become more intentional in relationships.
