Relapse Prevention Program Group (Telehealth)
Psychologist & LMHC Co-facilitated. There are two types of members in this group as a part of a Relapse Prevention Program. First, some are recovering from substance use addiction. Second, some don't have a history of substance use addiction-- but they experience the process addiction of Codependency. Both groups are looking for building healthy relationships and effective interpersonal skills with healthy boundaries-- which are often different for work, social friendships, and intimate partners.

This is a trauma-focused program-- using Prolonged Exposure Narrative Therapy. Many women have a previous history of symptom-focused or EMDR therapy.
