I believe that psychotherapy can foster and create the ideal environment to manifest your idealized version of self. Effective therapy requires an authentic exchange between the client and the clinician. Therefore, this space is designed to allow you to enter into a judgement free zone, where we can explore your fears, struggles, strengths and achievements as a team. Although emotions can at times make us feel isolated and alone, nothing is further from the truth.
My areas of focus include, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, burnout, grief, career concerns, men’s health, geriatric concerns, psychological testing and faith-based counseling to individuals ages 13 and up. I utilize various modalities such as cognitive behavioral, existential, acceptance & commitment, psychodynamic theory and solution focused therapies.
My approach to psychotherapy is founded on the principles of the humanistic approach to treatment. I utilize a holistic integration of evidence-based practices with a deep empathy for each person’s unique journey.
