I have specialized training in working with individuals that are veterans, have experienced trauma and/or significant grief, life challenges, depression and anxiety. These are extremely challenging things to deal with and I fully believe that working together, we can find a way to navigate through mental health concerns together.
I subscribe to the view that we all have the answers we are looking for inside of us and that sometimes we need the help of others to uncover these truths. I also feel we have inherent goodness and the ability to heal regardless of where life has taken us. Through this inner work, we can gain access to our own okay-ness that has always been there.
It's okay to ask for help and to admit that there's a need for professional guidance. Whether it is short term or long term, I am available to help. I work solely through telehealth appointments which offers flexibility for scheduling.
