Over the past 20 years in the counseling field, I have learned a lot about being human and how to help people live much better lives. I am very fortunate having a job I love... helping people to heal, free themselves, and live happy fulfilling lives. I am a very competent psychologist that has developed expertise in most areas of mental health. My ability to connect with people in a non-judgmental and accepting manner helps make therapy a safe and enjoyable experience. In my work, I regularly see quick and significant improvement with my clients' problems and overall satisfaction.

I am very competent at helping people improve their lives. I am skilled at a number of treatment modalities that allows me to fit each of my clients needs. I have been getting extensive training in, Rapid Resolution Therapy. I consider it the most effective treatment modality to date. I find it to be energizing, fun, and inspiring for most of my clients.

As your therapist, I am committed to improving your life. I view it as my job and responsibility to accomplish this with you. I particularly enjoy helping people work through trauma and their past pains using Rapid Resolution Therapy and EMDR. These treatments are not only effective, they are quick and much less painful than other therapeutic approaches.
