Many people think therapy is a one-sided interrogation, with little opportunity to get to know each other in a genuine way. I can promise you I'm as down to earth as it gets, and have a therapy style that is free of technical jargon. I simply want to help you achieve whatever life changes you are looking to make, while making therapy as painless and enjoyable as possible.
I've had a wide variety of experiences in life, which helps me relate to many different kinds of people of all ages. I've been an entrepreneur, a DJ, a manager of businesses, and a gamer among other things. I made the decision in 2015 to return to school to pursue a lifelong dream to become a fully licensed clinical social worker.
I've been practicing full time since 2018, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and had previous training at a nearly three year field placement working with 13-18 year old adolescents at Wolverine Human Services (a long term residential facility specializing in mental health and juvenile justice issues).
