I work with couples and individuals ages 13 and up. During individual therapy, I use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy to help individuals change thought patterns to improve how they feel and interact with the world. I am level 2 trained in Gottman couples therapy, I help couples improve communication, conflict management, friendship and intimacy and rebuilding trust after infidelity.
