I’m so glad you’re here. Choosing a therapist is a meaningful step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can process life’s challenges, clarify your goals, and take steps toward healing and growth. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, currently practicing under supervision as I complete my directed experience for full licensure.
I am skilled in the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and use elements of Gestalt dream interpretation. I also have the capacity to bring faith integration into the room (balancing the spiritual/clinical) when requested.
I am pleased to provide services to older teens, adults, and seniors, addressing a range of Mental Health concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, infidelity, divorce, grief, church hurt and issues related to marriage and fatherhood.
