For so many of us, we often get mired in the pieces of our daily schedule rather than getting to actually enjoy life on a day to day basis. I excel in helping individuals unlock their emotional ties to the past that are preventing them from freely moving forward. In addressing and healing the wounds of childhood issues, trauma, and baggage we carry from the various relationships we have been in, we are free to experience the best that the world has to offer.
For many, we face wounds from our childhood on a daily basis often without even being aware that is where our pain stems from. From people pleasing, to freezing and letting life pass us by, we have deeply held responses to our past trauma that must be addressed in order for us to life the most fulfilling life possible.
