The self-discovery that's part of therapy comes when we gradually become more aware of how we think, how we feel, how we act. If you find yourself with a general sense of dissatisfaction (with yourself or the world), feel apathetic or fearful of what's next, or find yourself making the same mistakes over and over, my approach combining mindfulness, body awareness, deep listening (to your story) and creative problem-solving will be useful to you.
