I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, lgbtq+, autism, ADHD, parenting, and relationship issues. I have spent much of my life volunteering with individuals dealing with substance abuse. My practice focuses on the whole person and how to address the complexities of life. As a therapist, I am here to listen and help find solutions that work for you.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), compassion and emotionally focused therapies to teach communication and life skills, and help individuals feel heard, understood, and safe to explore a life full of opportunities.

In my favorite book, The Tao of Pooh, Winnie the Pooh falls into the river. One of his friends drops a stick in the water to make waves that push Winnie out. This is my approach to life. In most cases, when life gives us what seem to be insurmountable odds, if we go with the flow, it will work out. My goal as a therapist is to help people find that flow.
