Everyone has the ability, and the right to live a life of meaning, fulfillment and joy. I strive to assist individuals and families to find their way through the emotional land mines and roadblocks that get in the way of having a good life, or even a "good enough" life. What I bring to help this process is a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Science with a focus on Systems Counseling (couples and family therapy). I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20 year's experience as well as being a state-approved supervisor for licensure candidates.
In addition to couples and family therapy, I have significant experience with chronic mental illness. I have worked as a CPS social worker, supporting parents in regaining custody, and alternatively helping youth become more stable in out-of-home placements and more successful in school and their own emotional development.
